Goins<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meredith P.&nbsp; Goins is the Group Manager for Research &amp; Evaluation in the<br \/>\nScientific Assessment and Workforce Development program at Oak Ridge<br \/>\nAssociated Universities (ORAU).&nbsp; ORAU is a consortium of more than 100<br \/>\nuniversities that provides innovative scientific and technical solutions for<br \/>\nthe U.S. Department of Energy and other federal agencies to advance national<br \/>\npriorities in science, health and education.<\/p>\n<p>She manages two teams:<br \/>\n1. Research Services which identifies and recruits subject matter<br \/>\nexperts (SME) to serve as reviewers for merit reviews by utilizing an internal<br \/>\ndatabase and tools such as Pivot, Scopus, Web of Science and social media<br \/>\n2.
