Create and submit a short 1-3 minute  video for new librarians who cannot attend the 2011 ALA Conference at  New Orleans! \u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bohyunkim.net\/nmrt\/?p=4#comments\" target=\"_blank\">Watch and vote<\/a> for your fellow NMRTers\u2019 videos!
